15 Days / 14 Nights

This Madhya Pradesh wildlife tour has been carefully designed to give you a taste of the exciting, endless possibilities and can be tailored to suit your exact preferences.

You will be arriving early in the morning and will be received by our representative at the Delhi Airport. After that we would go on a city tour visiting all the important locations in Delhi. This tour would focus on understanding Indian heritage and culture. The places we would visit are- Red Fort, Humayun Tomb, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat (Mahatma Gandhi’s cremation ground), Qutab Minar,  India Gate, Parliament building, Akshardham Temple etc. We would be spending two days in Delhi.

On the third day, we would head to Agra to visit the evergreen and one of the most exquisite creations of mankind. The white marbled monument speaks volumes on the Mughal architecture and the lovely story it holds in it. It deserves the accolade of being one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It is also one among the UNESCO’s World Heritage Site. We would be spending one whole day sight-seeing in Agra. We would be also visiting Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikhri, Sikandra Fort.

Today we would board a train from Agra to Jhansi and reach Panna National Park. This sanctuary has a spread of 542 and was declared as the 22nd Tiger reserve in the year 1994. It is considered to be the most well maintained national park in India. The most prominent animals found here are Leopard, Chital, Sambhar, Sloth bear, Nilgai etc.  It has a population of around 14 tigers at present. There are also a variety of many birds found in this park like king vulture, bar-headed goose, blossom-headed parakeet, honey buzzard and Changeable hawk-eagle.

We can explore wildlife and the flora of this forest in these two days through a guided jungle safari.

Today morning we would drive you to the Bandhavgarh National Park. This National Park is famous for its high density of Tigers. Also found in abundance are the leopards, deer, sambhar, barking deer, striped hyena among many others. It has around 50 tigers at present in the reserve.

We would be staying in Bandhavgarh for 2 days and would be going on tiger safaris to explore the wilderness. We will also have a bird watching session wherein we can spot the commonly found birds like Plum-headed parakeet, Green-headed barbet, Orange-headed thrush, Brown-headed barbet, Oriental white eye, Olive-backed pipit, Lesser kestrel, Large cuckooshrike, Pied bushchat, Dusky crag martin, Long-tailed shrike, Black ibis among others.

We would be driving to one of the largest National Park in Central India – the Kanha National Park, also considered to be one of the best tiger reserves in Madhya Pradesh. It has a whopping 131 tigers inside the reserve. It is also home to the highly endangered Barasingha. We would be exploring this reserve for the next three days by walk and through jeep safaris. The lush bamboo forests and the grassy meadows are sure to remind you of the Jungle Book. Other animals you would spot here are the Chital, Sambhar, Leopards, Sloth bear, nilgai etc.

On the 11th day we would travel to Pench Tiger Reserve. This is again one of the most reputed tiger reserves in Madhya Pradesh with around 54 tigers at present. It is known to be home to the highest population of spotted deer (approximately 25000). Located in the Southern reaches of Satpura hills, this national park is a mix of scenic beauty and rich fauna. The most prominently spotted animals after the Deers and the Chinkara, Wild Gaur, Indian civet, Four-horned Antelopes, Leopard, Hyena, Wild Dogs etc. It also has a high concentration of waterfowls and other birds and is an ideal place for birding activities. We would also explore the Gond villages in the Pench buffer zone and understand their culture and lifestyle.

After exploring Pench National Park and its nearby villages, we would drive to Nagpur and from there board a flight to Mumbai. This place has always been attracting tourists from all over for its food, shopping and its rich heritage. We will go on a city tour visiting the Gateway of India, Marine drive, Dhobi ghat, Crawford Market. Enjoy loads of Maharashtrian delicacies and do loads of shopping in Mumbai. We are sure that Mumbai would succeed in enthralling you and would make a perfect end to our Madhya Pradesh wildlife luxury safari tour.
