Itinerary

This Oberoi Hotels Rajasthan luxury tour package has been carefully designed to give you a taste of the exciting, endless possibilities and can be tailored to suit your exact preferences.
You will be arriving early in the morning and will be received by our representative at the Delhi Airport. You would then be checked-in to The Oberoi New Delhi (an iconic luxury 5 star hotel in New Delhi, that will re-open on 1st January 2018), until then you would be asked to choose between some of the other premier hotels of Delhi like The Leela Palace, the Imperial, and The Lodhi). The rest of the day is for you to relax. You may choose to explore your hotel or get in touch with us for any quick sightseeing right from the first day.
Overnight stay in: Delhi
Today we would be driving you around Delhi, the capital of India. We will first cover Old Delhi where you would be first taken to see the Jama Masjid. This is one of the oldest and the largest mosque in Delhi. The mosque is a magnificent sight to behold with lofty minarets and astounding Islamic architecture. It was constructed by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the year 1656 AD. You would then be taken through Chandni Chowk. After this, we would drive past Red Fort. After a small break for lunch, we would also explore the modern New Delhi. We would be visiting the Qutab Minar, India Gate, and the Parliament buildings. We will also visit the Bangla Sahib Gurudwara. This is a Sikh place of worship which is popular both for its spiritual power and its architectural beauty. The dome of this gurudwara is made of gold. We would drive past the President’s house and the Secretariat.
Today’s itinerary is completely flexible and can be changed to suit your preferences.
Overnight stay in: Delhi
On day 3 of this Rajasthan luxury tour package, we would take you on a three-hour drive to Agra to visit the famous symbol of love and one of the wonders of the world. On arrival at Agra, you would be checked-in to The Oberoi Amarvilas (a luxury 5 star hotel in Agra near to the Taj Mahal) and the rest of the day is at your disposal. You are free to check out the hotel and its facilities or do some explorations in the vicinity. The Oberoi Amarvilas, located at a distance of approximately half a kilometre from the Taj, is a perfect location for a destination wedding in India. You can see the Taj from all the rooms in this hotel. Don’t miss out the sunrise and sunset views of this beautiful monument from the comfort of your room.
You would also be visiting the Agra Fort which used to be the residence of mighty Mughal emperors way back till 1638. After this, our next stop would be would be the Itmad-Ud-Daulah. This mausoleum is of great significance because of the fact that it was the first ever tomb built fully with marble and served as an inspiration for the magnificent Taj.
Overnight stay in: The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra
Today morning, we would get you checked-out of The Oberoi Amarvilas and will proceed to Bharatpur from where you would catch a train to Ranthambore. On the way to Bharatpur, you would get to see the ruins of Fatehpur Sikri, a quaint city established in the 16th century by the then Mughal ruler.
On arrival to Ranthambhore, you would be driven to the magnificent Oberoi Vanyavilas. You would be spending the next two days in a luxury tent here. This is exactly how royalty back then would have enjoyed their camps. The grandeur and flamboyance of the place form a bright contrast to the forest we are about to explore. Take rest today as we would be taking you on a hectic tiger trail tomorrow.
On the 6th day, we would go on an exploratory jeep safari into the wilderness of Ranthambhore in search of the royal Bengal tiger. Being one of the best places for tiger spotting, you will surely have a lot of sightings of the magnificent beast. This national park is also home to a large number of other animals like the Palm civet, desert fox, Sloth bears, Black Bucks, Desert cats among many others. It is also an awesome place for bird watching. You would be accompanied by a nature guide in your private jeep safari tour.
Overnight stay in: The Oberoi Vanyavilas, Ranthambore
After two full days of excitement in the Ranthambore, we would continue our Oberoi exotic vacations with a trip to Jaipur. On the 7th day, we would drive to Jaipur where you would be going on a local sightseeing tour around the Pink City. A place with many forts and palaces, this place is one of the most glorious places for getting acquainted with the heritage of Rajasthan. You would visit the Amber Fort, the City Palace and the Astronomical Observatory of Jaipur, the Jantar Mantar. We would be staying in The Oberoi Rajvilas Jaipur for two days.
We would then visit the renowned Hawa Mahal. Built for the royal ladies of the Rajputana Royalty, this palace is famous for the level of air-conditioning effect it provides in the hot desert land. Built for the convenience of the royal women who wanted to view the local festivities without being seen, this palace is an exemplary example of the architectural splendour of the Rajputs. If you are an elephant lover, do visit these majestic beasts at the Dera Amer and enjoy bathing and feeding them before taking a ride with them. We have many other activities and plans made for you and based on your interest level you can choose from a variety of excursions or activities for the rest of the day.
Overnight stay in: The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur
On the 9th day, we would proceed to Udaipur. You would be escorted to the airport from where you will board a plane to Udaipur. We also have the option of visiting Dev Shree, Deogarh which lies between Udaipur and Jaipur in case you are apprehensive of too much of domestic flying.
Udaipur, also known as the city of lakes is flanked by lakes from all sides. The five magnificent lakes Swaroop Sagar Lake, Rangsagar Lake, Fateh Sagar Lake, Doodh Talai Lake and Pichola Lake add beauty and splendour to this place. Udaipur, like the rest of Rajasthan, is famous for its forts, palaces, and museums.
You would be escorted to The Oberoi Udaivilas Udaipur. This grand palace-like hotel is famous for destination weddings in Udaipur. People from far and wide travel to Udaipur to attend an Oberoi Udaivilas wedding. After you are done gazing at the grandeur of the palace, we would go on a local tour in Udaipur. You would be visiting the City Palace where you would get to see a variety of museums, palaces, and temples inside the complex. You can visit the famous Jagdish temple, the garden of royal maids (Saheliyon ki Bari), a picturesque rose garden built especially for the royal maidens to pass their time with their friends. You will also be able to pay a visit to the crystal gallery which has the largest collection of rare crystals in the world. The day would come to a close with an enthralling and romantic private boat ride in the Lake Pichola during sunset. The shikhara boat ride would be part of your stay at Oberoi hotel and would bring your trip in Udaipur to a grand close.
Overnight stay in: The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur
On Day 11, you would have an option of either flying back to Delhi and get checked-in to The Oberoi Gurgaon or stay back in Udaipur and have a personal tour of Rajasthan.
